An evening of connection, reflection and a 60-minute immersive sound journey blending:
Crystal quartz and alchemy singing bowls
Ocean drum, rainstick & chimes for grounding
Guided breathwork to regulate and energize
Group Reiki intention setting (non-contact)
Optional aromatherapy
About Nina:
Nina is a Sound, Reiki, and Breathwork Facilitator who has been guiding others through these healing modalities since 2020. With a background as a Graphic Designer for over a decade — including roles at Microsoft, Tommy Bahama and other design agencies in Los Angeles — Nina understands the fast-paced, high-stress environments many people navigate daily.
During her time in the corporate world, Nina began exploring holistic practices as a way to manage stress and find more balance. What started as a personal path of self-care soon turned into a deep calling to help others. Now living a more nomadic lifestyle, Nina offers in-person and virtual experiences across the U.S. and internationally. Her sessions are crafted to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system reset — combining the power of sound, energy, and breath.
